How hard is it to become a Pilot? There is no simple answer to that question. Anyone can study the basics of flight as well as pass all their exams, and operating an airplane is not difficult at all.
The experience of flying is thrilling and fun. Many students who have no affair in the aviation industry get captivated by the joy of flying and begin dreaming of working as an airline pilot. However, a lot of young people today that have the dream of becoming a pilot, struggle in the beginning to get started.
Unfortunately, the main problem of becoming a pilot is the lack of motivation, orientation and most of all,
financial difficulties; this makes the dream disappear.

There is an opportunity that we can all give to our young people today, that will make the dream of becoming a pilot a reality. They just need a little push and confidence, and together we can provide that.
SimPilot, has created a program to motivate and orientate young people into becoming Pilots, by offering them employment opportunities as Junior flight simulator Instructors. In this program, they can start training other young people on the basics of flying while getting paid at the same time. Some of those individuals who want to pursue their private pilot license, can start by first falling in love with flying through our program, and then eventually after becoming a private pilot, they can decide to become commercial pilots through our other programs.
