Corporate Pilot
Aim for the sky and your future will shine!

Welcome to the Corporate World of flying. If you are already a graduated Commercial Pilot and waiting to apply for a flying job. One of the different options you have, so you can stay involved in your career and not lose your skills as a pilot while waiting, is to apply for a corporate pilot job for a company.

Requirements:

To become a corporate pilot first officer, you need a Commercial Pilot’s license and the minimum FAA qualifications to receive an (ATP) Airline Transport Pilot Certificate. You also need a minimum of 500 to 600 hours of experience in the aircraft you apply to fly, and all current FAA certifications required for the position.

Whether your goal is to become an Airline pilot or a corporate pilot, to secure a position in the aviation industry, you would need to continue adding experience and certificates to your belt.

As another option to accumulate additional flight hours, you can continue your training as a Corporate Pilot and become a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). With SimPilot, we can help you get certified.

Flight Instructors are highly considered within the industry and are sought after for various positions and locations worldwide. If teaching is in your blood, this certificate offers you a great opportunity to accumulate more flight hours, which you would need for your Airline Pilot Certification while sharing the knowledge you have acquired, to Future Pilots.

As a Corporate Pilot, you have the option to work for a Private Company, which owns its own aircraft and transports its corporate executives to its different locations, depending on the demand of the company’s operations. You could also work for a company that sells flight time sharing or work as an Air Ambulance Medical Pilot.
